Authenticity

At TIMEWISE WATCHES TRADING L.L.C., we guarantee that all watches, bags, and branded jewelry sold on our website are 100% authentic. When applicable, items will include original packaging with serial numbers and/or certificates of authenticity.

All products are brand new and unused unless stated otherwise.

Although we are not authorized dealers of the brands we sell, we source all our items from authorized dealers and distributors. Each high-end watch and jewelry piece includes a serial number for identification.

We ensure that every item we sell has its original serial number intact and unaltered. In rare cases, certain jewelry pieces may not have a serial number if the manufacturer didn’t imprint one due to size or design limitations.

Shipping and Returns

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers (some exclusions apply).

Domestic (United Arab Emirates):

  • Free shipping within the UAE.
  • Delivery time: 1-3 business days.

International:

  • FedEx/ DHL delivery within 2-10 business days.
  • All shipments are fully insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit. In rare cases where the item’s value exceeds the insurance limit, we will use a secure armored carrier. Additional charges may apply for this service.

Personal Delivery:

In the UAE, we offer personal delivery as a more secure option. A dedicated team member will personally deliver your item. This service may incur additional charges.

Shipping to an Address Different from the Billing Address:

Due to the high risk of fraud with luxury goods, we prefer shipping to the billing address. However, if you need the item shipped elsewhere, please contact your credit card provider to add an “Alternate Shipping Address” to your account. This simple process adds security to your purchase.

International Customs and Duties:

If you’re ordering from outside the UAE, you may need to pay import duties, taxes, or other fees. You are responsible for any additional charges related to customs clearance. Please check with your local tax or customs office for more details.

Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. For international customers, duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed in the form of cash, cheque, transfer, or another method we deem appropriate. Refund processing may take up to 30 days.

Special orders and deposits are non-refundable. However, management may approve partial refunds after reviewing the situation.

Credit card refunds will be issued minus any bank fees.

Watches:

  • Must be in original condition, with all protective packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • Do not wear the watch or resize the bracelet until you are sure you want to keep it.
  • Custom or special orders are not returnable.

Order Cancellation

We may cancel an order before delivery due to:

  1. Unforeseen events outside our control.
  2. Unavailability of stock.

If your order is canceled, we will refund any payments made. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid for the product. We are not responsible for any other charges or compensation.

Warranty

All watches come with an international warranty from the manufacturer if purchased from an authorized dealer.

Since TIMEWISE WATCHES TRADING L.L.C. is not an authorized dealer, manufacturers may not honor warranties on items purchased through us. However, we offer a 6-month warranty on all items.

If a product develops an issue within this warranty period, you can return it to us for repair at our service center, which is staffed by highly qualified watchmakers. After the repair, you have a 1-month window to ensure the item is functioning properly, with free service for any additional repairs during this time.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage due to wear and tear, such as scratches, straps, crystals, or damage due to water exposure or accidental damage.
